  1. Based on consumption of 7 oz. (200 mL)/guest. Typical cost is $4 to $5/guest
  2. For wine & cheese parties, increase wines by 50% to 100%. For beer parties, increase beer orders by 200% to 300%. If wine is going to be placed on tables, increase the red wine to be the same as the white wine. Wine bottles are based on 6 guests per table and each table having 1 white and 1 red wine.
  3. For beer parties we recommend 30 packs in place of kegs - we have found 30pks of beer to be cost efficient, and they make for an easy cleanup. Not to mention there is no responsibility of returning a keg or that pesky tap deposit.
